Aged Exclusively in 15 Gallon #3 Char American White Oak Barrels

Our 3rd rendition of our Gold medal winning cask strength Oat Whiskey. Aged in our 15-gallon barrels this whiskey is bottled at full cask strength allowing the full intensity of the flavor of Nevada to come through.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Tanned leather, burnt honey, black pepper
Taste: Clove, burnt caramel, chocolate, prune
Aged in custom char/toast American white oak 15-gallon barrels. Double distilled mash made with wheat malt, whole wheat, and oat groats.

Taste: Chocolate, caramel, allspice

A unique double distilled Wheat Whiskey aged in the same 15-gallon barrels we use for our oat whiskey. Delivering a unique soft flavor. Aged outside in the extreme northern Nevada weather we bottle this at cask strength for a unique flavor found nowhere else.

Nose- Vanilla, Maple, Sweet Cream, Nutmeg
Taste- Allspice, Custard, Toffee
Triple Distilled
Using our triple distilled Oat Whiskey used to produce our Queen of Hearts Whiskey. We start with our 75% distillate and add local honey, from an apiary on the other side of town, bringing it to a warming 45%. The higher ABV starting point allows us to increase the intensity of the honey flavors while maintaining a dry finish unseen in other honey Whiskey. Think “Honey Nut Cheerios” but for adults.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Wildflowers, toasted oats
Taste: Herbaceous, heavy spice, rich botanicals
Taking our double distilled “heart cut” Oat Whiskey we then redistill for a second heart cut. This triple distilled Oat Whiskey is truly the Heart of Hearts. Queen of hearts is a true
representation of what an unaged Whiskey can be. At 75% ABV it is not to be taken lightly.
Meant to be use in the same way a bitter might be used to balance sweetness and alcohol content of cocktails. Also makes a great whiskey punch.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Sweet oats, grassy
Taste: Strong alcohol, sugared oats, clean
A spiced apple pie Whiskey made using our double distilled Oat distillate. We macerate in the style of Gin, our custom blend of spices overnight. The spices are removed and then redistilled for a third time to final proof, much like a brandy. Using distilling styles from 3 different spirits, we have created a truly unique flavor of sweetness and spice.
