Aged for two years, Cut Throat brings scents of leather, burnt honey & clove while tasting of raisin, chocolate, caramel and allspice.

White Dove Maker's Notes:

Pairs well with stone fruits and anything with a floral note. White Dove is unfiltered in order to maintain a rich, full flavor and body, as is the tradition of an authentic whiskey. Can easily be substituted in place of gin due to its strong botanical flavor.
