Aged for two years, Cut Throat brings scents of leather, burnt honey & clove while tasting of raisin, chocolate, caramel and allspice. Using our unique mash bill & crisp Northern Sierra Mountain water, our distiller has captured in this bottle the message of love shared from mother to son.
