White Dove has a strong peppery taste up front which is followed by a buttery caramel finish that lasts on the palette for several minutes.

White Dove pairs well with stone fruits and anything with a floral note. White Dove can easily be substituted in place of gin due to its strong botanical flavor. White Dove is unfiltered in order to maintain a rich, full flavor and body as is the tradition of an authentic Whiskey.
