Our triple-distilled Oat Whiskey is used to produce our Queen Of Hearts Whiskey.
We start with a 75% distillate and add local honey, from an apiary on the other side, to bring to a warming 45%. The higher ABV starting point allows us to increase the intensity of the honey flavors while maintaining a dry finish unseen in other honey Whiskey. Think “Honey Nut Cheerios” but for adults.
