Strong peppery taste up front, followed by a buttery caramel finish that lasts on the palette for several minutes.

AROMA:

Strong aroma of cut grass and toasted oats.

MAKER'S NOTES:

Pairs well with stone fruits and anything with a floral note. White Dove is unfiltered in order to maintain a rich, full flavor and body, as is the tradition of an authentic whiskey. Can easily be substituted in place of gin due to its strong botanical flavor.
