INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 oz Cut Throat® Oat Whiskey
- 1 oz Passion Fruit Liqueur
- 1 ml Hibiscus Bitters
- 4 Cubes Demerara Sugar
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 10 Mint Leaves
- .5 oz Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 1 oz Passion Fruit Puree
SHAKE & STIR
In a shaker cup, muddle lime juice, mint leaves and sugar cubes. Add the rest of the ingredients, and ice, then shake for 30 seconds. Double strain into a coupe or serve over ice in a Collins glass.
