INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz of White Dove® Whiskey
2 oz cucumber juice
1 OZ dry Vermouth infuse with green tea
10 large mint leaves
2 pieces of demerara
Rock Glass
Large Ice cube
SHAKE & STIR
Add the sugar and mint to a cocktail mixing glass and muddle until a paste is formed. Add the vermouth, cucumber juice and White Dove. Stir to completely dissolve the muddled sugar/mint paste. Add large ice cubes and stir with a bar spoon for 30 seconds until the glass is completely frosted over. Double strain through fine strainers over ice into a double rocks glass.
