We start with our 75% distillate and add local honey, from an apiary on the other side of town, bringing it to a warming 45%. A spiced apple pie Whiskey made using our double distilled Oat distillate. We macerate in the style of Gin, our custom blend of spices overnight. The spices are removed and then redistilled for a third time to final proof, much like a brandy. Using distilling styles from 3 different spirits, we have created a truly unique flavor of sweetness and spice.
