CUT THROAT: 47.5% abv, Aged 2 years in custom char/toast American white oak 15-gallon barrels. Double distilled mash made with wheat malt, whole wheat, and oat groats.
NOSE: Leather, burnt honey, clove, raisin
TASTE: Chocolate, caramel, allspice
BTLGGR: 58.6% abv, Made from our award winning double distilled Oat Whiskey. Aged in our 15-gallon barrels this whiskey is bottled at full cask strength allowing the full intensity of the flavor of Nevada to come through.
NOSE- TANNED LEATHER, BURNT HONEY, BLACK PEPPER
TASTE- CLOVE, BURNT CARAMEL, CHOCOLATE, PRUNE
QUEEN BEE: 45% abv, Using our triple distilled Oat Whiskey used to produce our Queen of Hearts Whiskey. We start with our 75% distillate and add local honey, from an apiary on the other side of, to bring to a warming 45%. The higher ABV starting point allows us to increase the intensity of the honey flavors while maintaining a dry finish unseen in other honey Whiskey. Think “Honey Nut Cheerios”
QUEEN OF HEARTS: 75%abv, Taking our double distilled “heart cut” Oat Whiskey we then redistill for a second heart cut. This triple distilled Oat Whiskey is truly the Heart of Hearts. Queen of hearts is a true representation of what an unaged Whiskey can be. At 75% ABV it is not to be taken lightly. KRINGLES CUT: 50%abv, A holiday inspired Whiskey made using our double distilled Oat distillate. We macerate in the style of Gin, our custom blend of spices overnight. The spices are removed and then redistilled for a third time to final proof, much like a brandy. Using distilling styles from 3 different spirits, we have created a truly unique flavor of sweetness and spice.

WHITE DOVE: 40% abv, Unaged oat whiskey made from a mash of wheat malt, wheat, and oat groats. A more traditional western frontier whiskey.
AROMA: Fresh cut grass, hay, yeast
